What's your background?
I am a creative, client facing consultant with grounding in usability engineering, behavioural science, and the technical knowledge and expertise to take projects through development, and delivery. With over 20 years of combined experience in UX, analysis and delivery. I have led analysis and front end, supporting delivery streams, translating weighty project specifications into creative, validated concepts.
I spent the first decade of my career embedded in agencies, and tight knit teams working at both local, national and multinational levels to deliver campaigns that enable clients to deliver their message with passion and vision.
